The departed

Grief is a profound and challenging human experience. But it is just as important to understand that true love is not limited to our need for comfort or answers. To love someone also means respecting their path - including the one that begins after earthly life.

Many people wish to make contact with the deceased in order to ease their pain or obtain answers. But this often comes from a very human, almost selfish need not to let go, to keep the other anchored in our world. The mere fact that such contact may be possible does not mean it is necessary.

The spirit world is not a place of curiosity or emotional consumption. It is a space of transition, healing, and rest. Pulling the souls of the departed out of their journey to fill an emotional void here on Earth is neither an act of love nor of respect. This is why I choose not to force this type of contact, except in exceptional circumstances, when it comes from them, with a clear intention.

It is essential to remember that the bond of love does not die.
It transforms. And sometimes, the greatest act of love is precisely to let go, to trust the cycle of life… and death.
